Dussmann and wob: Making complex structures easy to experience.
Dussmann is the largest business division of the globally active Dussmann Group and is your partner in the areas of integrated facility management, food services and technical facilities. True to the claim "We care for more", Dussmann's self-image is to "take care of people and their living and working spaces in order to enrich their lives and make them easier".
Dussmann and wob: start of the collaboration.
After winning a pitch, our collaboration with the service provider began in October 2021. At that time, Dussmann had already begun to revise its brand architecture and, based on this, to redesign individual brands. And this resulted in our task: a website relaunch that visualizes the new Dussmann brand architecture and lets it shine.
Scope and requirements.
As the company has continuously developed strategically and diversified over the years, the first task was to divide the project into milestones to be achieved. The first declared goal: the relaunch of the German Dussmann corporate website - including the three business units Facility Management, Food Services and Technical Solutions. The Dussmann Group and the various country adaptations will follow at a later date.
A brand presence from a single mould.
Despite the defined fields, the full spectrum of Dussmann services remained at the centre of our thinking. Thus, the focus of our work at the beginning was clearly on strategy and consulting and concept. That is, on the elaboration of detailed wishes and requirements as well as the development of a sustainable domain and navigation concept.

From strategy to content: cross-agency cooperation.
In order to achieve this major goal, a cross-agency team of experts was set up. Among others, colleagues from the areas of content marketing, UX and UI, development and strategy and brand consulting were involved.

- Simple experience of the new, complex brand structure
- Creation of a new website structure
- Translation of the externally developed CD into user-friendly templates
- Creation of SEO texts for approx. 70 pages
- Creation of a teaser page to announce the upcoming website relaunch
More than just a website.
In parallel, a new brand trailer was created that successfully visualises the corporate message "We care for more" and a brand intro film that explains the essential features of the brand and the design for internal use. Furthermore, a series of texts for an advertising campaign was created.

On 20.09.2022 the time had finally come and the new Dussmann Deutschland website celebrated its go-live!
