The plastics industry is in a state of upheaval. Governments, companies, institutions, societies and individuals are increasingly demanding sustainability and need to be taken on a journey of massive change. At the same time, BASF's work with partners and customers, which is characterised by digitalisation and collaboration, should be in focus.

Within the framework of a pitch, we delivered a creative guiding idea that immediately convinced the team: "Go!Create" - in connection with the existing tagline "welcome to #ourplasticsjourney" is holistic strategy, mission and promise at the same time. It is a call to work together on solutions for a sustainable circular economy.

By emphasising the processual character and collaboration, the communication approach actively involves and encourages all stakeholders to participate in the journey towards a more sustainable future. Because only co-creation has the power needed to meet the challenges of our time.

Sustainability, cooperation and digitalisation are also at the centre of all planned measures at various touchpoints. The new communication idea will make its first major appearance in October - at the leading trade fair for the plastics industry, the K trade fair in Düsseldorf. At the same time, wob is working together with BASF on a comprehensive digital platform for information exchange and collaboration on the topic of plastics and the future.
