New board members for the wob. Even better positioned for the future - with Roland Rudolf and Marco Luciano.

wob gets a new creative chief in Roland Rudolf. As Chief Creative Officer, top creative Roland Rudolf assumes responsibility for creative excellence on the board of wob and thus supports the transformation of the B2B agency as a creative business partner, which has already begun.

In addition to creative excellence, wob is also working on the operational excellence of the agency. This issue is also placed at board level: Marco Luciano, as Chief Operating Officer, will bring his many years of experience in project management, consulting and strategic client care to offer wob's clients the best possible setup.

The two are already working intensively with the previous board members and co-CEOs Jens Merkel and Matthias Specht on the further development of the company.

Roland Rudolf was most recently Chief Creative Officer at Cheil. During his time at Cheil, the agency achieved 2nd place in the BVDW creative rankings. He impresses with relevant experience in the WPP and Publicis network. As an experienced creative officer, he has won several awards, including Cannes Lions, Art Directors Club, the London International Festival, New York Festival, D&AD, Eurobest and Clio.

Roland Rudolf has his creative finger on the pulse and is an active member of the Art Directors Club and the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.

"I am looking forward to working in an international B2B network. In the upheaval, creative processes have to be completely rethought. We want to focus on the creative excellence of wob and thus also on the storytelling of our clients, which inspires across target groups," is how Roland Rudolf comments on his start.

"In Roland, we have found an experienced expert who gives strong impetus to the creative performance at wob and is a one hundred percent cultural fit. We have been cooperating for some time and together we have been able to identify decisive aspects for the future that we are working on. With the new line-up in top management, we can drive our vision forward at all interfaces - now also in the creative area," says co-CEO Matthias Specht.

Marco Luciano has been involved in the development of wob in a leading position for several years. Today, communication also means orchestrating experts from different fields into powerful client teams. The highest level of professionalism, process reliability, the right working methods and a deep understanding of real "data-driven marketing" must come together quickly and successfully in the projects. Marco will develop these themes in top management and strengthen them across the agency.

"With his experience in marketing innovation, digital platforms and campaigns and at the same time an interest in a structured way of working, he has been a guarantee for successful projects and satisfied clients for years. We are very pleased that we could win him for the role of COO, which is important for our growth course," adds Co-CEO Jens Merkel.
